Loading and shipping
The container is stuffed, sealed and handed to the carrier. You receive the shipping documents and updates on the journey.
Step 07
Delivery and support
We follow the shipment to destination and stay on call for anything that needs fixing.

Can international buyers enquire about bulk engine oil orders?
Yes. Share the product, pack size, quantity and destination in your inquiry. Full-container and shared-container sea freight options are available, and we confirm the suitable order terms in your quotation.
Which oils do you export?
Three NW Speed ranges: 20W-50 4T motorcycle oil (JASO MA2), Turbo 15W-40 heavy-duty diesel oil (API CI-4) and Prime 10W-40 semi-synthetic petrol car oil (API SN). Pack sizes: the 4T bike oil in 500 ml, 850 ml and 1 L; Turbo in 1 L and 5 L; Prime in 1 L and 4 L. Other sizes on request.
Do you offer private labelling?
Yes, on request. Tell us the grade, pack size and quantity, and we will share what is possible for your own brand.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product, pack size and destination. Send your target quantity in the inquiry form and we will confirm the minimum for your order.
Which documents are needed to export from India?
Exporting from India generally needs an Import Export Code (IEC) from DGFT, a GST registration, and an AD Code registered through your bank and the customs port. A Certificate of Origin is needed where the buyer's country or contract asks for it, and an RCMC where you claim Foreign Trade Policy benefits. See the Documents section for details.
Are lubricating oils dangerous goods?
Most finished lubricating oils are not classified as dangerous goods for transport, but it depends on the exact product and the rules at origin, transit and destination. We confirm it from the Safety Data Sheet before booking.
Can you ship by sea and by air?
Yes. Sea freight (full or shared container) suits bulk orders. Air freight suits samples and urgent shipments.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
Commonly EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. We confirm the right term for your order when we quote.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Samples can be arranged on request. Mention it in your inquiry and we will advise on quantity and courier options.
How long will shipping take?
Transit time depends on the route and mode. We include an estimate in your quotation and update you through the journey.
